Hi, I'm Yash.

My lifelong fascination with computers and biology naturally led me to a career in bioinformatics, where I blend both passions. After building a foundation with a B.Sc. in Microbiology and an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, I am now a PhD scholar under Dr. Md. Imtaiyaz Hassan, focusing on a challenge I find deeply compelling: using Artificial Intelligence to accelerate drug discovery. My research involves designing AI models to analyze complex biological data, aiming to contribute practical tools to the scientific community. Beyond the lab, I'm an avid enthusiast of astronomy and history. This website is where I'll document my journey, sharing explorations of these subjects alongside a real look into my research process, from the initial spark of an idea to the inevitable debugging saga that follows.
